Refunds and Cancellations:

  • Cancellation requests received after December 1, 2024, will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee in addition to any Whova and Stripe processing fees if paid by a credit/debit card.
  • Cancellation requests received after January 17, 2025, will be refunded less a $250 cancellation fee in addition to any Whova and Stripe processing fees if paid by a credit/debit card.
  • No refund will be issued if canceled after February 14, 2023.
  • Registration may be transferred at any time to another member in the same organization.
