The HGRD’s District Counsel received Candidate Qualifying Papers from only two qualified residents seeking election/re-election to the two openings on the HGRD Board of Supervisors. Therefore, there will not be a typical Board election held this year for the upcoming term of three years commencing April 1, 2024. The two seats have been filled and Meet the Candidates has been canceled.
On behalf of the HGRD Board of Supervisors, I extend sincere congratulations to Jayne Schwarz and Peter Overs for their appointment to the two vacant HGRD Board seats. We express our gratitude to Jayne and Peter for their unwavering commitment to the District. Their involvement at the Board level is instrumental in fostering growth at Herons Glen. We eagerly embrace their expertise, passion, and energy as invaluable assets in shaping the future of the entire Herons Glen community.
