Greetings HGRA Families,
HGRA 2024 registration is now open!
HGRA offer sports leagues for ages 5U to 18U in soccer, 8U to 14U in track and four leagues in baseball for your young athlete. There is something for everyone at HGRA and many participants tend to try a few sports each summer. HGRA also offers adult soccer for those looking to join a team this summer. Head over to the HGRA website to get started with registration.
Registration tends to fill up quickly, especially in the younger age groups, so it's important to sign up soon. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We are offering a complimentary registration to 1 of the first 100 registrants!
As an organization, HGRA offers 9-10 week seasons in baseball, track and soccer for both youth and adults looking to find enjoyment, community and physical activity through sport. Our leagues are low-stress and offer a great opportunity to learn about playing team sports and also develop some skills throughout the season with instruction from professional and volunteer coaches.
It’s the HGRA mission to create community through sport by offering family-friendly and affordable sports programming for the Saint Paul neighborhoods and surrounding Twin Cities communities that we serve.
