HCEG Insights for Healthcare Leaders
Message from our Executive Director

Dear Colleagues in Healthcare,

It’s been a busy year for the HealthCare Executive Group and the 4th quarter of 2019 show no signs of slowing down. In addition to other information shared in this newsletter, I’d like to bring the following to your attention:

"Substance Use Crisis Challenge for Healthcare Leaders & Champions"
At the recent HCEG Annual Forum in Boston, we heard firsthand from two industry leaders who are doing much more than just talking about our substance use crisis.
Today I am challenging each and every person reading this to commit to one action to help address the substance use crisis in America and to share that commitment with us so we can share ideas with others.

Please see this blog post for more information. I hope you can join me and other healthcare leaders with making just one step toward addressing substance use disorders.
Alone we can make a dent…Together we can make a difference!

"Interviews from the 31st Annual Forum"
A number of participants at our annual forum had the opportunity to share their insight, ideas and information on key healthcare topics. Read on for more about these interviews and be sure to check out the videos.

"10th Annual Industry Pulse Survey"
The Industry Pulse survey – based on the 2020 HCEG Top 10 list created at our annual forum – and co-developed with our sponsor partner Change Healthcare is nearly ready for release on October 17th. You can see the results of last year’s Industry Pulse survey here . Look for more on the 10th edition of the Industry Pulse survey coming soon.

In addition to the above, we have several worthwhile events taking place before 2020 arrives. Read on for more information.

Best,
