The Celebration Bowl is a new championship game pitting the conference champion from the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) and the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC).
The inaugural game will kick off the college football bowl season at 12 p.m. ET on Saturday, Dec. 19, 2015, at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta, and televised nationally on ABC.
The event's mission is to provide the schools, alumni, fans, and sponsors with a first-class bowl experience while continuing to celebrate the legacy, values and traditions of Historically Black Colleges and Universities [HBCU].
