MIT Press released a collection of inspiring essays showcasing how to successfully transform public school-food programs to emphasize care, justice, and sustainability, with insights from eight countries.


We collaborated with Action Circles and Hunger Free Vermont on a chapter, sharing how Vermontโ€™s coalition for Farm Fresh School Meals for All worked together to pass Universal School Meals and secure funding for the stateโ€™s farm to school and early childhood programming.

Next week, we're launching our year-long Northeast Farm to School Institute to support school and district teams in building the relationships, skills, and connections needed to implement robust farm to school programs back home. In tandem, four states โ€” Arizona, North Carolina, Missouri, and New Jersey โ€” will experience the program firsthand, as they adapt our model for their communities.
