Senior Administrative Manager

We are looking for a new team member to lead our office team and partner with business owners that shows strong leadership skills, is a critical thinker, is an excellent communicator, and is self-motivated!



Essential duties and responsibilities include:

• Partner with business owners and operations team
• Prepare weekly reviews of the budget and share with the core team
• Manage Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
• Manage Human Resources
• Oversee payroll functions
• Maintain appropriate inventory
• Renew annual contracts by deadline
• Ensure that deadlines and goals for the flow of paper in the organization and record keeping has been maintained
• Effectively engage in process or procedure development and implementations

**Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Suite required**

**Bilingual a plus – Spanish/English**

**Bachelors of Science in Accounting or Business Administration**

**Willing to be trained in ArborGold **

Experience:

• B.S. in Accounting (Required)
• Leadership: 3 years (Required)
• Accounting: 5 years (Required)
• Bilingual preferred – Spanish/English

Operations Manager

We are looking for a new team member that shows strong leadership skills, is a critical thinker, is an excellent communicator, and is self-motivated!

Candidate needs to have enough energy and drive to make this position his/her own. Ideal candidate must have had 10+ years of experience in landscape maintenance, a thorough knowledge of plants, and 5+ years in a supervisor position. Candidate needs to commit to obtaining industry specific licenses and certifications during the course of employment if not already held. Clean driving record a must; proficient in Spanish.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

• Oversee the proactive and effective scheduling of production
• Coach, develop and Hold Accountable the Field Supervisors in Training to ensure that they master their roles and demonstrate readiness for their assignments
• Support and facilitate Field Supervisors in scheduling
• Manage Quantity of Hours & Quantity of Materials
• Ensure that we have the schedule, tools, and materials in place to guarantee meticulous and timely execution of job installations
• Ensure safe operation and maintenance of all equipment
• Certify the quality of our work meets company standards and customer expectations
• Accurately complete paperwork in a timely manner
• Communicate professionally with clients
• Partner with the administration team to better the company
• Work in conjunction with our HR representative to proactively attract, hire, and maintain talented employees
• Actively sell enhancements and new projects as per established goals
• Highly Engage in Snow Operations to ensure that business objectives are reached in a balanced way for quality and productivity

Experience:

• B.S. in Landscape Contracting or similar field (Required)
• Supervising: 5 years (Required)
• Landscape maintenance: 10 years (Required)
• Bilingual Spanish/English (Required)
