GRAND LAKE FAMILY YMCA
The Parkinson's Support Group meets on the second Thursday each month at 2:00 p.m. The meeting is open to YMCA members & non-members. Caregivers are encouraged to attend. If you or someone you know has Parkinson's, there is a Parkinson's Combination Exercise Class and Speech Therapy Class that meets every Thursday from 3:00 to 4:00 in the YMCA's downstairs group fitness room. There are chair exercises for the body and speech exercise to strengthen the voice and the muscles used for swallowing. The class is free.

GRAND RIVER SCHOOL OF PERFORMING ARTS
Interested in a career in the live sound engineering field? Grand River School of Performing Arts currently has openings for sound engineer trainees at live shows in the NE Oklahoma region. You'll get hands-on training from a seasoned professional who has more than 35 years of experience working with big name bands and traveling the world. Friday, March 8th, Tera Northcutt and her team opened the doors to their new office, Apex Title & Closing Services - Grove, located at 205 W 3rd St. At 10:00 a.m. Grove Area Chamber Ambassadors held a ribbon cutting during the Grand Opening Celebration. It has always been Northcutt’s goal to bring a customer service oriented title and closing company to Grove, to assist people with the purchase and sale of real estate. With a team of 6 in the Grove location, and with offices in Langley, Jay, Vinita and Miami, Apex has offices throughout the area to meet the needs of residents and visitors to northeast Oklahoma. Their experience produces a quality product beginning with abstract examinations, full closings and ending with the issuance of a title insurance policy. They estimate approximately 150 people attended the Open House celebration, including State Representative Josh West and Lt. Governor Matt Pinnell. Congratulations to Tera and her Apex team on their beautiful new location.

They have expanded their service to the Grand Lake area and have a solution for any water problems you may have. His daughter Meleah works by his side and lives here in Grove. They offer free in home testing and are also certified to provide a more in depth test if needed for only $69.
