Dear Swim Lesson Families,

We are looking forward to our group lesson registration this Sunday and happy to say we have 272 spots available, plus 48 for Parent & Tot. Registration is in person, in our event center, Haynes Hall which is across on the other side of the property from the pool. There will be signs.

Registration Tips: Parents do come quite early to get their spot in line.  There is overflow parking in the Pop Keeney Stadium to the North. Please be respectful of the chairs along the walk way and replace them where you found them once the line starts moving (about 7:30) It is not permitted to save spots. The line will begin at Haynes Hall and extend up by the Woodshop and Tavern on the Square. Umbrellas are recommended if you are in the line that extends past the undercover area.

Tickets – we will be passing out colored tickets for each group level. Once the tickets run out, we’ll let the rest of the line know those classes are sold out. This prevents anyone from standing in line unnecessarily. It is important for you to look over this chart to determine where to register your child. If they can consistently and confidently perform the tasks in the level, they can be registered to the next level. If you were with us last year, you would have received a report card on the last day of class which let you know if your student passed or needed to repeat the class. A reminder that children age 3,4,5 are in our preschool levels and once they turn 6, all students are in youth levels (age 6-12). Example: preschool 3 is a much more advanced level than youth 1.

Each child needs their own registration form. A reminder that all swimmers must be 3 years old+, potty trained and able to stand with no assistance in our shallow end. (Except for our Parent & Tot students) No parents are in the water with the children during the lessons except for the Parent & Tot Class. Please consider how well your child will separate from you, as the parent viewing area is 40 feet from the lesson area and parents are not permitted to stay over by the lessons.

Payment: We will have two payment stations in Haynes Hall. Cash or cards are accepted. No Apple Pay or checks. Any credit vouchers from last year must be presented in paper copy form to be honored.
