Dear Friends,

Many of our longtime customers remember my grandmother, Ann Tang, working along side Grandpa Tang at Fremont's.  She took a spill back in March, and at 98 it was quite a to do.  As the weeks progressed, Gram got worse, and I put everything (including Fremont's) to the side and took over her care.

Happily, Gram made a steady recovery and the family is planning her 99th birthday party for this summer.

Now it's back to business.  Fremont's groceries will be cleared to make way for the gift basket inventory.  From there, Fremont's will focus on delivering our Simply Delicious Box Lunches and offering Gourmet Gift Baskets (stay tuned).

In my ideal world, this summer and autumn will bring stability to Grandma's health, and I can return to groceries and stock up on all the UK and Foodie favorites for the holidays.  And yes, re-open the doors with regular business hours.

Fremont's will carry some specialty foods for the gift baskets and still offer special orders by the case.  All this information will be in the June newsletter.

Fremont's Grocery Clearance

Friday, May 20th

@ The Warehouse
3000 4th St NW  87107
(3 blocks North of Menaul. Look for the Big Orange "elixir" sign and park there.  Walk one driveway north.)

Can't make that time?

Give me a call at 792.3463 to make an appointment.

While I had hoped Fremont's would be back to its traditional storefront by now, it seems okay that dream is on hold.  Your business and patience makes a world of difference.  Thank you.

Sincerely,

Aimee Tang
