今日は、午後3時にホーリークロスで行われる、キリストの受難と犠牲に思いを馳せるための十字架の道行きを祈る集いにご参加下さい。これらの行事は、キリスト教徒がイエス・キリストの苦しみと犠牲を省みる有意義な宗教行為であり、特に良い金曜日にふさわしいものです。
ホーリークロスは、礼拝と省察のための静かで畏れ多く、感動的な場所を提供します。カナダ聖公会は、伝統に根ざし、復活日の儀式が壮麗で尊いものになるように心掛けています。これらの儀式は、神を讃え、礼拝者の間に敬意と畏敬の念を育むよう細心の注意を払って作り上げられています。
日曜日は、キリストの復活を祝う大きな喜びの日となります。喜びは神によって私たちの設計に組み込まれていますが、それを買うことはできません。マグダラのマリアが空の墓を発見し、イエスが復活したことを知った時のように、その喜びで私たちを驚かせることがよくあります。喜びを育むには、感謝、祈り、分かち合いが必要であり、それによって私たちは喜びを生活に取り入れることができます。
日曜日の礼拝は伝統に従います。新しい火を点火し、祝福し、復活のロウソクを灯します。そして、司祭がエクザルタットを歌います。これは、イエス・キリストの復活と光の勝利を宣言する讃美歌であり、永遠のものです。そして、私たちはみなで、主が真に復活したことを喜びの声で叫び上げるでしょう。

Good morning and welcome!
I am reaching out to invite you to join us for the Stations of the Cross prayer this afternoon at 3 at Holy Cross. These stations offer a meaningful devotional practice for Christians to reflect on Jesus' suffering and sacrifice, making it particularly fitting for Good Friday.
Holy Cross provides a serene and awe-inspiring space for worship and reflection. The Anglican Church of Canada, rooted in tradition, ensures that the Easter liturgies are splendid and reverent. They are meticulously crafted to glorify God and foster reverence and respect among worshippers.
Sunday will be a day of great joy as we celebrate Christ's resurrection. Joy is inherent to our design by God, yet it's not something we can purchase. It often catches us by surprise, as it did Mary Magdalene when she discovered the empty tomb, leading to overwhelming joy upon realizing Jesus had risen. Cultivating joy involves gratitude, prayer, and sharing, allowing us to welcome joy into our lives.
The Sunday liturgy will follow traditional customs. We will kindle and bless a new fire, process the Paschal candle, and receive its light. The priest will then sing the Exultet, a timeless hymn of praise heralding the Resurrection of Jesus Christ and the victory of light over darkness. Together, we will raise our voices in resounding Alleluias because the Lord has truly risen.
