With over 23 years of experience in the medical field, Genie has worked in all roles within a medical office. Along with being an Office Manager for most of her career, Genie has also worked as a CMA for over 20 years AND is cross trained in the front office! She truly enjoys the patient care aspect of her job. Her favorite accomplishment so far has been assisting with building a Family Practice office from the ground up and managing the practice for 15 years.
Genie has a real passion for connecting with people making the recruiting aspect of medicine very exciting for her. Helping offices find just the right candidate is very rewarding. Her goal is to always treat others the way you would like to be treated and feels this plays a very important part in hiring employees as well.
Leading people is natural for Genie and she will strive to make your next hiring experience enjoyable.
