From the desk of Pastor Quaya, HAPPY NEW YEAR ! Hope you all had a wonderful and blessed holiday season, filled with new memories made with your family and friends to treasure and hold dear for years to come!
January is going to be a busy month as I have multiple conference duties that I will be participating in which allows for our church to hear from two different pulpit speakers. Please welcome them and greet them (as I know you will).
Continued prayers for our youth cohort group as we will travel to Lake Poinsett for training. We have been identifying how we can improve our youth and children's ministry and look forward to sharing all that we have learned!
Prayers also for those within our congregation to fell a "push" or a call to serve in our volunteer ministries in which we are currently lacking i.e. Sunday School teachers, worship readers, fellowship. These volunteer missions are a part of who we are as a church, so please help where/when you are able!
I have some wonderful NEW news to share with you throughout this newsletter so make sure that you don't miss anything!
