WTC Hosts Annual
Brandywine Trail End to End Hike
On April 14th, The Wilmington Trail Club (WTC) will host the annual Brandywine Trail End-to-End Hike. This fully supported hike has been offered to members of the Club since 1959, and recently between 75 and 125 seasoned hikers have participated each year.

The Brandywine Trail begins at Brandywine Creek State Park in New Castle County, Delaware and continues 36 miles to the north where it intersects with the Horse-Shoe Trail in West Vincent Township, Pennsylvania. It is an essential recreational component of the Greenway.

The WTC was formed in 1939 and began work on the Brandywine Trail in its first year. Today the WTC has 1,000 members that participate in the club's hiking, paddling, cross-country skiing, and cycling programs.
