Dear Friends,
With fall just around the corner and more children going back to school (virtually, face-to-face, or both), there is a familiar sense of the changing seasons in the air.
Fall also represents a significant transitional time because the holiday season is approaching. For those of us in the non-profit world, we turn our attention to year-end campaigns, fall fundraisers, and celebrations of all we've accomplished.
Your AFP Dallas Chapter will also be celebrating the achievements of five amazing NPD Award honorees at our 35th Annual National Philanthropy Day event, which is going virtual!
Please mark your calendars for Friday, November 13th and plan to tune in as we honor:
-
Carl and Mary Ice (Outstanding Philanthropists)
-
Natalie Dossett (Outstanding Volunteer Fundraiser)
-
Stephanie Brigger (Outstanding Fundraising Executive),
-
The David M. Crowley Foundation (Outstanding Foundation)
-
Toyota of North America (Outstanding Corporation).
More information is coming soon but for now, please save the date and plan to join us as we shine a spotlight on the generosity and accomplishments of these outstanding individuals and organizations who do so much for the Greater Dallas philanthropic community.
In addition to our Monthly Lunch Program Series, you’ll see lots of other opportunities on calendar this fall including:
