President's Message
Dear Friends,

Have you heard the news? Registration is now open for the 35th anniversary of our National Philanthropy Day, and I could not be any more excited for this special live virtual event!

Mark your calendars for Friday, November 13 and plan to join our all-star co-chairs Tanya Downing and Ben Vann for an afternoon of celebration, reflection and inspiration as we give a resounding round of applause to this year’s honorees. And what would our Philanthropy Day Luncheon be without the incomparable Scott Murray? Scott and Murray Media are back to emcee our program once again this year.

Register here for a virtual seat for you and your guests, or purchase a virtual table. Can't make it but want to support the educational and philanthropic mission of National Philanthropy Day and the Greater Dallas AFP? Make a donation! Individual seats are just $25 and include a complimentary admission to one of our 2021 monthly educational programs. Additionally, everyone who registers by November 10th will be entered in a drawing to win a 10.2 inch Apple iPad – so register today and show your support for our 2020 honorees and your Greater Dallas AFP Chapter.

October Program: 30 Seconds That Can Make All the Difference
As professionals, we all deserve to be known for our achievements and understood for our value proposition. The critical element is to introduce yourself to people in such a way that the listener understands your essence and uniqueness. A great professional brand quickly differentiates you from others. Paula Calise, founder and principal at Linked Executive Search, named one of the top ten search firms in the country by Forbes in 2020, is back to share her three-step approach.
.
Register now and learn more about the Art of Saying Hello, and how to make an impact when meeting someone for the first time - it's 30 seconds that can make all the difference!

Thanks to Catapult Fundraising for hosting this online program!
