Vast Business Marketing Benefits by Sponsoring the Sea Country Festival

The City is offering businesses an invaluable marketing opportunity by being a sponsor at this year’s Sea Country Festival August 23-25, an annual event that attracts more than 15,000 people.

This popular community-wide event provides businesses with vast exposure and face-to-face time with thousands of Laguna Niguel residents and surrounding community members. This year's event features rides, games, vendors, community groups, a beer and wine garden, food trucks, children's activities, an amazing line up of entertainment, and more.

New Bakery Coming to Laguna Niguel

The City has received a tenant improvement building permit application for a new Chaupain Bakery at the former Veggie Grill location at 27321 La Paz Road, Suite A.

Chaupain Bakery is a French-inspired bakery operated by a husband-and-wife team with a small group of dedicated individuals. The bakery offers a variety of artisan breads, pastries, quiches, and other baked goods, all baked fresh in-house daily with only the best ingredients.

The City’s Economic Development Website features a host of information to help businesses thrive. Here is a sample of some resources for small businesses.

SCORE

The City and SCORE, a nationwide nonprofit organization dedicated to the formation, growth and success of small business, teams up to provide free business training workshops and one-on-one business mentoring. Visit SCORE's website for detailed information and local events.

Need help with a business idea or challenge? Whether you are launching a start-up or growing an existing business, get expert advice from an experienced business counselor on a variety of topics to help you be more successful. Mentoring sessions are available by appointment between 9 am to noon on Tuesdays at the Laguna Niguel Crown Valley Community Center. Schedule appointments with SCORE at 714-550-7369.

Small Business Development Center (SBDC)

The Orange County SBDC's services include training, access to resources, and no-charge, one-on-one, confidential consulting covering business development, operations, marketing, financing, and government and corporate contracting. Workshops, seminars, and conferences are offered on a variety of topics including access to capital, traditional and online marketing, and sales. IBank Small Business Finance Center

IBank's Small Business Finance Center features a loan guarantee program designed to assist small businesses that experience capital access barriers. The Small Business Loan Guarantee program encourages lenders to provide funds to small businesses to help them grow and prosper.

CA Small Business Loan Match

California Small Business Loan Match is a new lender-match tool provided by IBank’s Small Business Finance Center as an extension of its Loan Guarantee Program. The Loan Match was created to ease the process of finding trusted loans for California entrepreneurs, gathering dozens of lenders on one platform for a one-stop experience. All lenders have been pre-vetted and enrolled in IBank’s Loan Guarantee Program, which specializes in bridging the gap between responsible lenders and small businesses.
