Join us for one of our weekly group runs. 

 


The City of North Myrtle Beach Department of Public Safety is offering free R.A.D. classes in early 2017. R.A.D. stands for Rape Aggression Defense and is free self defense that is easy to learn, easy to retain, and relatively easy to employ during real confrontational situations. 
R.A.D. is the only self-defense program ever endorsed by the International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators (IACLEA), National Academy of Defense Education,  the National Self- Defense Institute (NDSI), and Redman Training Gear. 
The class consists of lecture, discussion and self- defense techniques, suitable for women of all ages and abilities. Classes are no cost and range from 4-8 hours in length.

The signing of "Olympic Collision: The Story of Mary Decker and Zola Budd" brought in over $500 in sales, with all of the proceeds going to the Coastal Carolina cross country & track and field programs. Thank you for your participation!
