Meet the Speaker
Dr. Melissa Dickman is a course developer with the Center for Teaching Learning and Design at the Metropolitan State University of Denver with a team of support professionals. She has over fifteen years of experience in teaching, training, and instructional design working in higher education and corporate industries. Her research of institutional support of faculty creating online courses and programs has added research-based knowledge to her years of diverse experience. Melissa holds a BA degree in Literature and Writing, MA in teaching and learning with technology, and a Ph.D. in education with a focus on instructional design. She has presented best practices for teaching, training, and instructional design at local and national conferences.
