Tired of neck pain? I estimate at least 80% of my patients complain of soreness, tension, and achiness in their neck and upper shoulders. As many of you know, my neck and back pain, caused by a drunk driver, led me to try acupuncture. During nearly 28 years in practice, neck and back pain are still the most common problems I treat. Do you work on a computer most of the day? Do you read books or look down at your phone? Just looking down for too long can significantly strain your neck muscles.
