Spring late at your place too?

It seems that everywhere in Minnesota, the ground is covered with snow. This winter has been record highs for snow totals. Grand Rapids, Minnesota has approximately 30-45 inches of snow on the ground and over 18-36 inches of ice on area lakes.

GOOD NEWS: the Taconite Trail is still open for snowmobiling, Tioga Recreation Area is still open for fat tire biking (conditions permiting), and Itasca County cross country ski trails are still open for nordic skiing.
