How were you discovered?
Everyone has always told me and my mom that I should be a model. My grandfather is a “amateur” photographer and I am very comfortable in front of the camera. I’ve been dancing on a competitive team since I was in 3rd grade and am a natural when on the dance floor. I took the plunge and decided it was time to give modeling/acting a try! I am very excited to see where this will take me next!
What were you doing prior to modeling?
I am a student in high school and looking forward to graduating. I performed in 3 seasons with the Cedarburg Children’s Theater lead by well know author and actor Beth Albright (former Days of Our Lives actress). I have been competing with a pom/hip-hop/jazz team for the past 6 years. My older sister paved the road for my interest in fashion and make up. I have always enjoyed putting together outfits and experimenting with different makeup looks.
People would be surprised to know?
Don’t let my looks surprise you! I LOVE dirt biking and snowmobiling. I’m not afraid to get dirty and have fun trying new things. I am also an avid pet lover! Along with my mom and two sisters, I share my house with 2 dogs (Milo and Lulu), 3 cats (Mr. Rogers, Finn, and Jaffa), 2 birds (Bean and Corn), and a bearded dragon named Spike. It is a regular zoo over here!
What is your latest obsession?
I am in the middle of earning my driver’s license, so dragging my mom out onto the road to practice my driving skills is what I’m most obsessed with at the moment. I also really like reading teen romance novels!
Growing up, who did you look up to as your hero?
My mom is my hero. She has raised me as a single mom since I was 5 years old. Her strength and perseverance is what I admire most about her. She always puts my sisters and I before herself and I know I can always talk to her and count on her to be there for me no matter what.
When was the last time you said “I Love You” to someone?
I never hang up the phone or leave the house without telling someone “I love you”. My family and I have a sort of ritual we go through.. back and forth, “I love you”….”Love you more!” “Love you most!” “Love you infinity!” It’s just our thing.
List 3 adjectives that best describe you?
Three adjectives that describe me best would be goofy, confident, and organized. I love to have fun and joke around with my friends and family. I think that helps to keep us connected. I have become very confident in myself the past 2 years. Different challenges in my personal life have taught me a lot and most of all to believe in myself. I also like things to be organized. Making lists and having something to check off allows me to feel that I have accomplished something.
Describe your personal style...
I would describe my personal style as trendy chic. I like following the latest trends in fashion and style. I enjoy wearing outfits that make me feel confident and cute. I love to be comfortable and wear a lot of athletic type of clothing.. Lounge wear is awesome!
Your favorite place you have traveled to?
This past December I was fortunate enough to travel to Honolulu, Hawaii to dance in the Pearl Harbor Memorial Parade. I made All American at UDA camp and was chosen to participate. The best part of Hawaii were the days my mom and I rented a car and explored the island. We would ride along the coast and stop at random beaches and local fruit stands. I just was amazed by the scenery and thought it was the most beautiful place I have ever been to.
Your favorite film?
My favorite film is Hairspray! It gives me chills every time I watch it. Seeing people being compassionate to others fills me with all the feels. I have watched it probably 15-20 times and never get sick of it!
If there’s a destination or item you would recommend us to check out or visit about your town what would you recommend?
I live in a small town in Wisconsin called Cedarburg. It is literally straight out of a Norman Rockwell painting. The main street is full of small locally owned shops filled with antiques, clothing, candy, coffee shops, bakeries, and specialty items. It is literally the best town to be raised in. I would say you must go see a movie at the local theater called The Rivoli. It is an old time theater with old time prices. It is completely run by volunteers (which I do!) and is the place to be on a Friday night. My mom grew up here as well and remembers seeing movies with her friends!
Your favorite song/artist?
My favorite artist right now is Doja Cat. I love dancing hip-hop to her songs because it is high energy, sassy and the beats are the best! Her fashion is iconic. She is always on the cutting edge walking the red carpets and at the Met Gala.
Who is your celebrity doppelganger?
People have told me I’m Elizabeth Olsen’s doppelganger which I take as a great compliment!
What is your wish for 2024?
For 2024 I am hoping to continue this journey of modeling and acting. It is a dream I have had for many years and cannot believe it is coming true! On a more personal level I am thankful for my family and wish them all health and happiness this year.
