Amidst the nationwide labor shortage, it's becoming increasingly important to attract,  train, and retain the most talented workers-regardless of cultural background or  language preference. GOOD TO EXCELENTE provides an actionable framework for  embracing Hispanic cultural differences to improve safety, productivity, and retention.

In this 75 minute* l unch and learn workshop, the instructor will touch on how to:

- Understand why cultures have different baseline levels of trust and why it matters.
- Practice new methods of communication to decrease uncertainty and rework.
- Identify the most common productivity traps that plague managers of Hispanic workers.
- Discuss the single most common mistake leaders make when incentivizing Hispanic workers.
- Acquire 3 "power phrases" to engage Spanish-speakers immediately without fluency.
- Learn how to retain your best Hispanic workers in ways other than money.

The instructor is Bradley Hartmann, founder of Red Angle, Inc.
