If you’re looking to take your career to the next level, SRCUS Management School is the program to help you achieve it.

 

Join like-minded peers on the campus of UGA in Athens, Georgia from June 16 – 21 to develop the skills and knowledge to meet today’s credit union management challenges.

 

This intensive 3-year program equips you with essential skills and insights to tackle contemporary credit union management challenges, including financial analysis, strategic thinking, management tactics, and effective business communication.

 

Enrollment closes June 5.


Applications are available for partial scholarships to help defray the cost of this program. The application deadline for scholarships is April 12th.

FinCEN Publishes Ruling Regarding CIP/CDD Requirements

FinCEN published an administrative ruling regarding Customer Identification Program (CIP) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) requirements for designated beneficiaries of individual retirement accounts.



In FIN-2024-R001, FinCEN issued a revised response to clarify obligations for broker-dealers that open new accounts for legal entity customers. The ruling was issued in response to a request from a foundation that had been named the beneficiary of an individual retirement account maintained by the broker-dealer.
