Golden Remembers - Honoring September 11

Today, the City of Golden joins the nation in honoring the memory of those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001. We remember the bravery of first responders, the resilience of survivors, and the enduring spirit of unity that emerged from such a tragic day.

As we reflect on this day, we encourage the Golden community to pause for a moment of remembrance and gratitude. Let us honor the heroes and victims by fostering kindness, service, and compassion in our daily lives. Together, we keep the spirit of unity and hope alive.

Never forget.

Mayor Laura Weinberg
