GLEN ELLYN COMMUNITY AWARDS CELEBRATING 55 YEARS

The Glen Ellyn Chamber of Commerce and the Glen Ellyn Village Fair Committee present the 55 th Annual Glen Ellyn Community Awards. The awards ceremony will take place on Tuesday, February 26 at 5:30 p.m. at the Abbington Distinctive Banquets in Glen Ellyn. Award Dinner tickets are $35 per person and are available by phone 630-469-0907, at the Chamber office located at 810 N Main Street, Glen Ellyn or online at www.GlenEllynChamber.com/awards

The evening will include the who’s who of Glen Ellyn presenting awards to deserving honorees, a performance by the Glenbard South High School A Capella group “Unaccompanied Minors,” red carpet and photo station, a three-course dinner, and the announcement of Citizen of the Year!

The Glen Ellyn Community Awards is a chance for civic entities and community to say thank you to all the hard-working people who make Glen Ellyn a wonderful place to live, learn, work, dine, shop, and play. It’s a time or the community to honor public servants, teachers, and employees who give 110 percent and all the amazing individuals, both young and young at heart, who volunteer their time and talents. Over 2,000 nominations have been collected from the community over 10 weeks.

We encourage all residents, employees and volunteers of the Village of Glen Ellyn to join in the celebration of the awards ceremony and hear all the wonderful stories of these amazing people and what they do for Glen Ellyn. The community awards truly showcase the spirit of Glen Ellyn.
