|
The mother, super-woman, or mentor in your life deserves more than a wilting bouquet the week after her special day. Give her the lasting gift of a beautiful blooming tree or native wildflowers planted in her name at the ALFRED CALDWELL LILY POOL, Lincoln Park's only landscape with National Historic Landmark status. You can also adopt a water lily! You and your gift recipient will receive a special card with the location and a photo of your tree or plant specie(s) along with your personalized message.
Tens of thousands of visitors flock to the Lily Pool from around the country each year to witness its seasons. Each spring, its native plants burst forth - whether it's the delicate lavender blooms of its Redbud trees, the drooping corolla of American Columbine, or masses of Nodding Wild Onion - the Alfred Caldwell Lily Pool is a wonder to behold. Each time your mother or special someone visits, she'll know her tree, wildflowers or water lily is adding to the beauty of Alfred Caldwell's masterpiece.
