Grants Coordinator
The Grants Coordinator is responsible for managing the portfolio of government, foundation, and other grants. They identify grants’ opportunities, work with the Executive Director and Program staff to develop grant applications and are responsible for grant administration.

This is a full-time, exempt position offering full benefits. Part-time applicants will also be considered.

Development and Marketing Coordinator
The Development & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing the donor database, coordinating annual appeals and events, developing marketing materials, and managing social media accounts.

Post-Secondary Success Coordinator
This is an exciting new position designed to lead our growing high school leadership and alumni programs. The Post-Secondary Success Coordinator will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Serves as lead facilitator for the Ambassador Club, our high school post-secondary planning and leadership program
  • Supports recruitment for high school programs
  • Coordinates externship placements for high school participants and alumni
  • Develops and implements alumni program

Eureka! Program Leader
The Eureka! program is a five-year STEM and college readiness program for 8th-12th grade girls. The Eureka! Program Leader will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Serve as Eureka! lead facilitator delivering personal development, STEM, and wellness activities.  
  • Support recruitment.

This is a part-time position.
