referral rewards program. We truly enjoy caring for friends and
family of our previous patients and appreciate that this has now
become the foundation of our practice.
For your next surgical procedure, receive a 10% Discount on Surgeon
Fee for EACH patient referral that undergoes surgery with us.
Requirements
1. The patient you refer must use your name when scheduling
the appointment or prior to booking surgery to honor this
discount.
2. The more friends, the better the discount!! If you refer
5 friends who have surgery with us, you will receive 50% off
surgeon fee on your next procedure etc.
3. The referred patient must undergo surgery, not just a
consultation or plan to have surgery in order for the discount to
apply.
4. This program only applies to surgical procedures (facelift,
tummy tuck, liposuction, breast surgery etc), not to non-surgical
procedures (botox, fillers, peels, lasers etc)
5. There is only one discount allowed per procedure.
Referral Rewards Discount cannot be combined with another offer or
discount.
6. Each new patient can only honor one previous patient for
the referral program discount.
7. The discount only applies to Dr. Gill's surgeon fee. We
do not have control in the hospital and anesthesia fees.
