Expect 2024 to be a year of change. For those of you who buy Melissa and Doug, you will now purchase it through Spin Master.

There are lots of other changes. At the Atlanta Gift Show we heard that, Hearthsong is closing down its wholesale Division. (We do expect someone else to to buy assets and relaunch it)

Last week, The Toy Network announced that they will be the exclusive distributor of 4M. The company has been distributed by Toysmith. The move is expected to take place in March.

University Games announced the purchase of Learning Journey.

Smart Toys now has Genius Square, Mefferts and Creagami. They have also just acquired All Jigsaw Puzzles.

Djubi is leaving Blue Orange Games in June. It will be part of Good Game Company. The owner of Good Game, Dave Yearwick is also the owner of Djubi.

At the Gift Show we also heard that the parent company of Sassy (Crown Crafts) bought Manhattan Toy in March 2023. They appear to be keeping the companies separate.
