Dear Resident,
We are excited to announce that we have reached the final stage of our pipeline replacement project – paving.
Over the past months, our dedicated team has been working diligently to upgrade our water infrastructure to ensure the continued delivery of safe and reliable water, reduce the risk of future leaks, and avoid water outages.
As part of this project, some streets in your community were affected to accommodate the pipeline replacement, and in the next few days, we will be repaving the parts of the street that were directly affected.
Schedule
Over the next few days, you’ll see some activity as we prepare to pave. Our paving schedule is as follows:
Saturday, April 27
- New Ridge Drive
- Bay Ridge Circle

Working hours: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Monday, April 29
- Westerly Drive
- Kentville Street
- Working hours: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Tuesday, April 30
- Dallas Avenue
- Riverside Avenue
- Working hours: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Traffic and Parking
During the majority of the construction period, traffic flow will be open in both directions, and driveway access will remain uninterrupted. No parking signs will be placed on the street to enable the crew to move efficiently. Every effort will be made to minimize the disruption to the neighborhood, and we appreciate your cooperation during this phase.
Safety
While we strive to complete this project with minimal disruptions, your safety remains our top priority. Please exercise caution when navigating through construction zones and follow any posted signage or instructions from our team members.
