LO RECOMMENDS . . .

The Only Survivors

by Megan Miranda

This story has a class reunion premise with a twist. It switches between past and present, revealing the chilling details of a tragic accident that occurred ten years prior. I love Megan Miranda's narrators! They always keep secrets about themselves from the reader and unravel them slowly over time. The ending is a punch to the gut that you never saw coming. Suspenseful is an understatement.
