NASHVILLE, Tenn. (October 22, 2015) - Getting a photo with the President of the United States is a common aspiration, but it is a goal that holds an even greater place in the heart of popular George W. Bush impersonator John Morgan, who achieved his goal on October 2, 2015 while attending the Warrior Open Golf Tournament at Las Colinas Country Club near Dallas, Texas.
"Getting a picture with former President George W. Bush has been at the top of my bucket list for years," Morgan explains. "I almost succeeded a dozen years ago when President Bush was on tour with his mom, Barbara, the former First Lady. He posed for a picture with me. Unfortunately, the memory card on my camera was full, and I didn't have the audacity to ask the President of the United States to wait while I deleted a picture."
While connecting with the President of the United States might not be the easiest task in the world, staying in touch with President George W. Bush impersonator John Morgan just got a whole lot easier. Morgan has just announced the release of the new "John Morgan as George W. Bush" mobile app. The new app allows users to:
1. Order "Bush-grams," astonishing videos personalized to your specifications created by John Morgan to look like George W. Bush is sending a message of love for birthdays, anniversaries or any occasion. Morgan's motto is "Why send flowers when you can send a Bush?"
2. Keep up with news about John Morgan, George W. Bush and Jeb Bush through the news feature.
3. Inquire about booking John Morgan for your church, corporation, association, nonprofit, or sporting event.
4. Communicate with John Morgan, and tell him about your encounter with the real George W. Bush, or with a reasonable faximile, such as himself!
The app also has some cool extras, like a 'find my car' feature that allows you to locate your car in the mall parking lot or at a stadium event. Best of all, the "John Morgan as George W. Bush" mobile app is absolutely free and can be downloaded now from the Apple App Store for Apple devices and from the GooglePlay store for Android devices.
Morgan is currently hard at work on his upcoming book, War On Fear, which is
set to release in 2016.
War on Fear will follow the 2008 publication of
My Life As A Bush...and My Heart for Imitating Jesus,
co-written by
Morgan and Vince Wilcox with a forward by Governor Mike Huckabee.

| About John Morgan: When John Morgan was discovered at a "Bush for President" rally in 2000, the Orlando, Fla., native went from selling appliances to performing during President George W. Bush's official inauguration festivities. By 2007, Morgan was bringing his big-time comedic impersonation to arenas all across America, appearing live before tens of thousands on Sean Hannity's "Freedom Concerts" and before hundreds of thousands on "The Winter Jam Tour Spectacular," where he amazed audiences with his guitar playing and singing. With a small cadre of "Secret Service" agents stationed around him, Morgan nods his head and greets the crowd with the President's trademark Texas drawl. Morgan's show combines his hilarious but respectful impression of President Bush with a few famous George W. faux pas, a mix of parody songs, and an inspiring message about hope and determination. He elicits heartfelt laughter from both sides of the political aisle. Millions have seen him on America's Got Talent, The Family Feud, Headline News, Hannity & Colmes, E! Entertainment Network, ABC's The View, and The 700 Club. Fans even voted him a finalist on ABC TV's celebrity reality show, The Next Best Thing. Morgan has won two Mirror Image Awards and a 2005 Cloney Award for Best Historical Impersonation. In 2009, he received The Grady Nutt Humor Award from the Gospel Music Association. Morgan has also been featured on NPR's All Things Considered and has been interviewed by an international array of newspapers, including The Sunday London Times. Morgan and his wife, Kathy, still reside in sunny Orlando with their four sons, Christopher, Stephen, Daniel and Jonathan, two wonderful daughters-in-law, and five exciting grandkids. Morgan's inspiring journey is chronicled in print. My Life as a Bush...and My Heart for Imitating Jesus, with forward by former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee, is filled with laugh-out-loud stories, audacious encounters, and spiritual insights. Each chapter of Morgan's story encourages readers to become imitators of the greatest Man who ever lived. He currently is working on his next book, War On Fear, which is slated for a 2016 release.
