General Auditions
Capital Stage will hold General Auditions for its 2024/25 Season as follows:
SF Bay Area:
Friday, June 7, 2024 from 1:00-5:00 pm

Sacramento:
Saturday, June 8, 2024 from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm, & 3:00-6:00 pm
at CLARA (E. Claire Raley Studios for the Performing Arts)

Please prepare two contrasting monologues timing no longer than three minutes total.
PLEASE NOTE: Audition slots are only guaranteed for members of Actors' Equity Association. Non-union actors should still submit for an audition appointment. Each non-union actor will be seen in the order they arrive as availability allows.
At these auditions we are seeking Equity (union) and non-Equity (non-union) actors for workshops, readings, and full productions. Capital Stage is committed to diversity, and we encourage performers of all ethnicities, gender identities, and ages, as well as performers with disabilities, to attend every audition. An Equity Monitor will not be provided. The producer will run all aspects of audition.
