Family Fun and Activities

with Careers in STEM!

This will be a STEM mini-fair event with booths hosted by women in STEM careers that will be set up in Daubenspeck Park, Bingen. Booth hosts should be prepared to speak briefly about their work and then guide an easy and fun tech-oriented hands-on activity.

If you are interested in participating as a booth host at the event, please consider attending the Gorge STEM Fair (see below) to get a feel for the event's theme. This GWIS summer event is planned to give kids fun, interactive and meaningful exposure to their Moms' careers. Booth activities will be provided by the STEM Hub.

Eligibility requirements include:

• Early-stage technology companies with an established product/service, team, advisory board and roadmap.
• A pitch deck and financials.
• Interested founders must be able to demonstrate traction for a proof of concept in the form of prior funding via grants, loans and/or “friends & family.”
• Have a clear sense of the company’s valuation.
