GSFA Platinum Program Updates
and Enhancements
GSFA is pleased to announce, effective August 2, 2021, enhanced pricing and down payment assistance (DPA) options with Conventional Loan financing through the GSFA Platinum Program for borrowers above 80% of Area Median Income (AMI).

The improved pricing and DPA options on GSFA Platinum Conventional Loans will be reflected on the Online Reservation System August 2, 2021.

Also effective August 2, 2021, condominiums will no longer be allowed with Conventional Loan financing through the GSFA Platinum Program for borrowers with income above 80% AMI. Program term sheets will be updated shortly to reflect this change.
