GSFA is pleased to announce enhanced pricing and down payment assistance (DPA) options with Conventional Loan financing through the GSFA OpenDoors Program for borrowers above 80% of Area Median Income (AMI), effective November 15, 2021.
The improved pricing and DPA options on GSFA OpenDoors Conventional Loans will be reflected on the rate sheet November 15, 2021.
Also effective November 15, 2021, condominiums will no longer be allowed with Conventional Loan financing through the GSFA OpenDoors Program for borrowers with income above 80% AMI. Program term sheets will be updated shortly to reflect this change.
