through Homeownership
Research overwhelmingly supports that homeownership leads to positive social and economic outcomes for families and communities and the country. Yet, the rate of homeownership amongst minority groups continues to remain far below those of white households.

Join this panel of real estate and mortgage professionals and fair housing advocates as they discuss best practices, tools and other resources that support the goal of increasing minority homeownership.

Advancing Rural Broadband
High-speed, ubiquitous broadband availability in rural California is one of the most critical missing infrastructure components. Its absence often precludes unserved and underserved communities from participating in the 21st Century economy.

Hear about the collective efforts underway to develop broadband infrastructure within rural communities.

Closed Loop Pump Storage – Wildfire/PSPS Prevention

Lake and Tuolumne Counties are trying to do something about this, working to install a system that combines water tanks and pipelines equipped with hydro turbines to serve double duty as both an energy storage asset as well as a new firefighting resource.
