Attached is a press release regarding the Wishbone Hill Mine. Today Usibelli learned that the administrative law judge affirmed DNR's decision to renew our mining permit at Wishbone Hill. This final decision comes after the last appeal by the Chickaloon Village Traditional Council, Castle Mountain Coalition, Cook Inletkeeper, Alaska Center for the Environment, Community Action on Toxics, Earth Justice and the Sierra Club.
Thank you for all of your help and support over the past four years as we have worked on this permit renewal. Usibelli will continue to work towards further developing the Wishbone Hill Mine. After you've read the press release, please let me know if you have any questions.
