This year, the only major, international golf event in the Chicago-area is the LPGA's UL International Crown, a biennial team match play competition featuring the best female players from the top eight countries across the globe based on the of the top four players from each country.

Show your support and get ready to cheer for your country and Team USA as the 2016 UL International Crown comes to Merit Club in Gurnee, Illinois in just a couple of weeks! Large crowds are expected, as this exciting international tournament will bring visitors in to cheer for their country from all over the world. Get ready for an entire new golf experience at Arlington Lakes Golf Club as the newly renovated course and clubhouse reopens to the public on July 1! Golfers pressed for time, can now choose how many holes they want to play - 3, 6, 9 or 18 as all will loop back to the clubhouse. Also, if you are a beginning golfer or a junior and want to enjoy a round of golf, you will now be able to play from tee boxes with yardages that you can enjoy! The NEW Arlington Lakes Golf Club's, 90-acres course offers something for every golfer. The course features strategically placed, fescue edged bunkers that bring a natural look to the course.
