One must face the facts that we really did have 3% heart disease and 1 in 200 that got cancer. It most definitely took an ascerted effort to change it to 85% heart disease and 3 in 5 that will get cancer.

I have a list of 31 items that debunk the heavily promoted false and twisted information such as low salt, low fat diet, microwaves, soy protein powders, enzymes, tattoos, and piercings. Just take one item salt if you consume the wrong type of salt or no salt at all you are going to get high or low blood pressure, because salt is one of the primary elements necessary to balance the viscosity (thickness of the blood) if this is not improper state the body is going to compensate by increasing or decreasing the blood pressure.
