JOIN US ONLINE TODAY. GIVE BIG SKY WORKERS A HOME.
Just a reminder . . . GIVE BIG Gallatin Valley starts today!

During this 24-hour online event, all gifts to BSCHT will double, thanks to our generous sponsors.

Why give to Big Sky Community Housing Trust?
Gallatin county is experiencing a worker shortage because there is NOWHERE for employees to live.

Our local business owners and their employees need homes, and Big Sky Community Housing Trust works to create them.

SUPPORT RIVERVIEW, OUR NEXT AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECT
BSCHT recently submitted a request to the Montana Board of Housing to apply for Low Income Housing Tax Credits.

If the board approves our request, we will receive funds to build RiverView, our new rental apartment development on Lone Mountain Trail.

YOU CAN HELP by writing a passionate letter of support outlining why the Montana Board of Housing should choose our project to fund.

Your letter should be mailed by USPS this week to:

Montana Board of Housing
301 S. Park Ave.
P.O. Box 200528
Helena, MT 59620-0528
RiverView Apartments will be a community collaboration between Big Sky Community Housing Trust, Lone Mountain Land Company, and Resort Tax. The complex will be deed restricted so units will remain perpetually affordable and will only house Big Sky local workers. This image is a representation of the units the collaboration will build.
THE RABB LAW FIRM

BSCHT would like to take a moment to thank Rabb Law Firm for working with MeadowView buyers to close on their homes.

All 52 MeadowView buyers worked directly with Rabb Law Firm to understand the legalities of buying a property with a ground lease under a community land trust model.
