M Streets Conservation District Plan 9

The City of Dallas website recently reformatted its content which has resulted in new places to find Conservation District information.

If you are considering, or about to start any work on a project for your Greenland Hills home, you will want to consult the CD 9 plan as part of your process.

CD 9
Project Box

GH Property owners are required to submit Conservation District Work Reviews (CDWR) for various scopes of work, including exterior work on the lot that may not necessarily require permits. The CDWR application is a separate process from the permit application and is reviewed by City Staff. The application process is electronic. Review the "About Us" section of Planning and Urban Design page. Look for "Project Box" to complete a CDWR submission.

City of Dallas: POP UP PERMIT SATURDAY

Saturday, Jun 17 @ 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Contacting the City of Dallas for Non-Emergency Reasons

We're in the middle of another stormy Texas season. Just a reminder, you can request the city of Dallas to handle the disposal of a fallen tree when it lands in the city street. Other reasons for 3-1-1 include dead animals in the street, potholes, graffiti, streetlamp bulbs that need replacing, and more. Reporting these needs is important and takes very little time, especially when you use the 3-1-1 application!
