The REALTORS® Have a Heart for Kids program collects gift cards or monetary donations to support the Dept of Children and Families (Torrington office) servicing Litchfield County. Please call 860.561.1800 to drop off donations at the Litchfield County Chapter office. Tax-deductible donations also accepted: payable to GHAR Foundation. Note ‘Have a Heart’ in the memo and mail to: Litchfield County Chapter of GHAR: 21 Prospect St., Suite E, Torrington, CT 06790. LCC Council Chair, David Sartirana, has given $100 and is challenging others to match! Help us reach our $3,000 goal!

CTR Gates Scholarship Award - Applications Open!

The CT REALTORS® Foundation is now accepting applications for the Raymond F. Gates Jr. Scholarship Program. The scholarship program is open to children of CT REALTORS® members and board staff who are graduating high school seniors or are enrolled in an accredited college, vocational-technical or graduate program with at least one term remaining. Members must pay their local and CTR dues by March 1, 2023 for their children to be eligible to apply. Note that grandchildren are NOT eligible unless the legal ward of the CT REALTOR®. Get more information at ctrealtors-care.org/scholarships. The application deadline is April 10, 2023.
