2) Congratulations to Hybrid Steel Design for getting certified through the Small Business Administration (SBA) as a “certified HUBZone small business.” Did you know that the government uses special programs to help small businesses win at least 23% of all federal contracting dollars each year? Small businesses looking to position themselves ahead of the competition can explore set-aside programs that offer opportunities tailored to specific criteria, such as ownership categories like woman-owned, minority-owned, veteran-owned, and service-disabled veteran-owned. To see if your business qualifies for federal set-aside certifications, contact Shannon Clancy at SClancy@GrowGreatFalls.org or 1-406-590-1184.
