Hi All:

This message is asking you to sign in on HB1615 on or before February 14th (next week). It takes only a couple minutes and submitting written testimony is optional - see "Submitting Testimony Online" below for instructions.

RSA 171-A:30 calls for a state registry which shall include a record of all reported cases of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) that occur in New Hampshire. HB1615 updates RSA 171-A:30 to add privacy and data retention constraints in addition to cleaning up language in the autism registry.

In particular, HB1615 adds language to ensure information required to be reported under this subdivision shall be confidential in accordance with the New Hampshire state constitution's guarantee of privacy. It also adds language to remove the data when a child turns 18.
