Eighth Annual Coachella Valley Nine Cities Blood Drive Challenge
LifeStream Blood Bank 9 Cities Challenge 2020 is underway. Because the Coachella Valley experiences severe local blood shortages throughout the summer months, LifeStream created a friendly competition among valley cities to see which city can get the most blood donations between July 1, 2020 through August 31, 2020!
Riverside County Business Grants
The Riverside County Business Assistant Grant Program is still available for small businesses in Riverside County. The deadline has been extended and eligibility requirements have been added:
NEW! – Sole proprietors that do not have employees.
NEW! – Businesses that received the SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loan or advance.
See if you qualify for up to $10K in grant money.
GCVCC Sponsored Effort Helps Create Congressional Bill
As a founding partner of the Save Small Business Coalition, the GCVCC was pleased to see the efforts of the coalition come to fruition this week with the introduction of H.R. 7671 in the U.S. House of Representatives. The bill will supply badly needed financial assistance to small businesses.

SunLine Transit Agency Introduces Ride with Confidence Campaign
SunLine Transit Agency has launched the Ride with Confidence campaign delivering clean transportation on the inside and outside. 
SOCALGAS CUSTOMERS MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR ASSISTANCE
The Gas Assistance Fund provides a one-time grant of up to $200 to eligible customers for the payment of their natural gas bill. Customers may also qualify for a 20% discount on their natural gas bill, through our CARE program.
