150+ Participate in 'Swing Big with GBIG' Golf Outing
|
Swing Big with GBIG was an outstanding event with over 150 registered golfers, 25 exhibitors and guests.
CG Bretting Manufacturing Company of Ashland won the golf outing, shooting a 54. Adam Kohlbeck of Basic Metals, Germantown, and a guest of McClone Insurance, Menasha, won $475 in the 50/50 raffle.

Center for Chemical Upcycling of Waste Plastics Annual Meeting

In May, over 88 academics, students and industry partners attended the annual meeting of the DOE-funded Center for Chemical Upcycling of Waste Plastics (CUWP), hosted at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
The event included faculty and students from UW-Madison, Iowa State University, Michigan Technological University, the Universidad Autónoma De San Luis Potosi, the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, the Department of Energy, the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, as well as a wide variety of corporate and governmental representatives.
