GASB 68 Census data available

Your employer's GASB 68 Census Data is now available for download in the Document Archive section of Employer Access. Please retrieve the file entitled: "GASB 68".

The census data confirms the information IMRF submitted to its actuaries for use in their valuation. This information is intended for use by your employer's auditors in their review.

Registration opens for Employer Rate Meetings

Registration is now open for IMRF's series of Employer Rate Meetings held throughout the state. These meetings, taking place April 26-May 3, 2016, will review the impact of year-end financial and actuarial data on IMRF, and the data's estimated impact on individual employers. All Authorized Agents are encouraged to attend with their governing body members and other officials.

Advance registration is requested for each Rate Meeting. Employers may register online using Employer Access. If you do not have an Employer Access account, return a completed registration form to IMRF by fax or email (please allow processing time to receive registration confirmation and directions).

Chief financial officers, governing body members, and interested parties from your employer are invited to attend the Rate Meeting scheduled in your area. The full schedule is available on IMRF's website.

Authorized Agent Procedure Checklists

Procedure Checklists are available on IMRF's website to help Authorized Agents fulfill some of the position's most important responsibilities.

The checklists are intended to make an Authorized Agent's duties easier by providing step-by-step direction through each process, including: enrollment, disability, retirement, death, and termination.
