Happy Holidays!
On behalf of all of us at the GACC NY, I wish you and your family and friends all the best for the holiday season, including a healthy, happy New Year!

2022 is a momentous year for the GACC NY, as our organization will mark 75 years of being established in New York City! We are truly proud to have supported the German American business community for more than 10 decades. In the process we, along with all of our members past and present, have dedicated ourselves to fostering the special ties of commerce and friendship that connect the US and Germany.

We hope that you'll join us for the anniversary celebrations we have planned in 2022. Stay tuned by following our communications platforms for details!
The GACCs in the US have conducted the German American Business Outlook survey (GABO) for more than 10 years. Its insights into the business activities of German firms operating here have been extremely valuable to a wide spectrum of stakeholders in the transatlantic community.

This year's results will look at how the pandemic affected German companies in the US, including how they pivoted their operations to face challenges such as supply chain bottlenecks and labor shortages.

Our program will feature expert speakers and discussions on these aspects of the survey and more. This event will take place virtually.

Also featured is a US economic update by Chief US Economist Matthew Luzzetti of Deutsche Bank, as well as some helpful and fascinating tips from John Otto Magee on the role cultural differences play in the workplace and what Germans and Americans can do to work better with each other.
